1. General

• Bymishi is a Pakistan-based hair care brand offering shampoos, hair oils, and serums.

• All products are for external use only. Keep out of reach of children.

• Results may vary depending on individual hair type and usage.

2. Orders & Payment

• All orders placed through our website or authorized sellers are subject to confirmation.

• Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without prior notice.

• Payment methods accepted: Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, and approved Digital Wallets.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Standard delivery time within Pakistan: 3–7 working days.

• Delays may occur due to public holidays, strikes, or courier service issues.

• Delivery charges (if applicable) will be mentioned at checkout.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Products can only be returned if damaged, expired, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

• Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order along with proof (images/video).

• Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene reasons.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Bymishi shall not be responsible for any allergic reaction, side effects, or misuse of products.

• Customers are advised to do a patch test before use and consult a dermatologist if unsure.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, images, and product names under Bymishi are the property of the brand and cannot be used without permission.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pakistan.
