Refund & Exchange Policy

At Bymishi, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure that all our products are carefully packed and delivered to you in the best condition. However, if you face any issue, please read our Refund & Exchange Policy below:

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds or exchanges are only applicable if:

    • You received the wrong product.

    • The product was damaged or expired at the time of delivery.

  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery along with proof (pictures or video of the parcel).

2. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Opened, used, or unsealed products cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

  • Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotions are non-refundable unless damaged/incorrect.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your claim is approved, the refund will be processed through Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 7–10 working days.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will also be issued through the above methods.

4. Exchange Process

  • If you are eligible for an exchange, the replacement product will be shipped within 5–7 working days after the returned product is received and verified.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the error is from Bymishi (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind), the customer will bear the shipping charges.
